All our nougats are handmade, following the recipe of our grandparents. We select the best almonds and honey in the country, thus offering a product of the highest quality.
The preparation process of this nougat involves long hours of work. First, sugar and honey are mixed on a low heat to obtain a homogeneous mass, then the egg whites are added until the exact consistency is achieved. Finally, the nuts are added, which can be almonds, peanuts or pistachios.
Once the mixture has taken shape, it is poured into wooden crates and left to dry for 24 hours; in this way our nougat can be cut to the desired size.
Our hard almond nougat carries the seal of supreme quality, which means that we use more than 60% of almonds in each piece.
