Your orders will be shipped to the delivery address you entered when you created your account, so please make sure you fill in your details correctly.
We ship to all destinations in mainland Spain. We also ship internationally to the countries indicated on the registration form.
How long will it take for my order to arrive in mainland Spain?
Shipping will be carried out through the GLS company, which will provide a door-to-door service within 24/48h upon confirmation of payment of the shipping order. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been accepted and is being sent. We will provide you with a tracking code for the shipment.
Please take into account that local and regional bank holidays may affect the delivery of your order.
Planned delivery date of your order, depending on the day and time you placed your order:
- MONDAY TO FRIDAY: before 14:00 hours, departing the same day from our facilities.
- SATURDAY, SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS: departing on Monday from our facilities.
No deliveries on Saturdays.

What happens if I don't receive my order in the agreed time?
If, due to force majeure, it is impossible for us to deliver your order within the agreed period, the courier company will contact you to set a new date. Please contact us via our contact form and we will try to resolve this issue.
What can I do if I am not going to be at the indicated address to pick up my order?
In that case, please contact GLS to indicate an alternative address. If your address is located within the same delivery area, there will be no additional cost. If it is not, you will have to pay the corresponding shipping costs to the courier company.
Online customer returns will be accepted within 3 days of receipt of the items by the customer. In this case, shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the product in our premises, we will proceed to reimburse you the amount using the same method you used to pay.
In the event that the product is in a poor condition (taste, expiry date, appearance or damage), a product will be returned within a period of 15 calendar days. In this case, you must also provide proof of purchase.
In this case we will replace your purchase.
In any case, customers must file a complaint by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason why they wish to cancel their purchase and a photo of the item, within the established period of time.
